If the icon you mapped does not fit well with the entity, you can always replace it with another.
Do a hard refresh (F5) to validate that all new changes appear in the solution. Navigate back to the app to confirm new icons have appeared. Since XRM ToolBox is connected directly to your environment, it makes bulk changes extremely simple. The Iconator plugin in XRM ToolBox speeds up the process of entity and image mapping by adding multiple mappings at one time. To remove a mapping, click Remove Mapping. You always have the option to delete an image within Metro Studio and replace it with another. Within Metro Studio you can drag and drop icons into each project and then export to your computer. Metro Studio is a great choice for finding icons due to its extensive selection of all different types of icons. I suggest using the search box in the top right corner if you want to use a keyword to search for icons. On the left hand side of the screen, you have the option to choose from an “Icon Category” to narrow down your search. Metro Studio has an array of icons to choose from. This will keep your work organized and alleviate confusion when working with a wide variety of icons and different sizes. You will need to create three projects within Metro Studio, each with different dimensions to keep consistent formatting for the icons. The three entity image sizes that you will need to accommodate for are SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), 32 x 32, and 16 x 16. If you decide at a later time that the icon does not fit well with the entity name, you can always update your icons by following these steps again. You want the icons to be intuitive to the general user and correspond with the entity name. Choosing your icons will be the most important part of the process.
